All orders received before 1 pm (CET) are dispatched the next business day. All orders are fully traceable, and a tracking notification will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Online orders are processed and shipped from Rijen, the Netherlands and follow any local Public Holidays in that region.
